I know how to set the listing price and market your home to attract the right qualified buyers, leading to that "Sold" sign being put up in the shortest period of time possible. Throughout the process, I’m with you every step of the way, making sure your questions are answered and the entire experience is a positive one. Whether you've sold homes previously or this is your first home sale, I will ensure we go at a pace you are comfortable with.

Here is just an overview of the steps I will take, to successfully sell your home.

Stage 1: Pre-Listing

  • To get us started, I will visit your home where we can get acquainted, which will also allow me to do a discovery to understand all of your goals and preferences for the sale of your property.

  • Come prepared with insightful information, including a Competitive Market Analysis which will assist you in determining the most effective listing price for your property.

  • Clearly lay out the steps ahead and timing for us to successfully sell your home.

  • Provide you with an estimate of the proceeds you can expect from the sale of your property.

  • Develop and oversee a staging plan, including photography to enhance your property's ability to attract buyers.

  • Present details on the development of a comprehensive Marketing & Selling strategy tailored for your property.

 

Stage 2: During Listing

  • Hold a private Brokerage/Agent Open House to assure maximum exposure for your property, with the right people.

  • Place your property on Listing Services, exposing your property to 20,000+ Realtors.

  • Handle all of the paperwork (and there's a lot unfortunately), ensuring everything is organized, clearly understood and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

  • Explain the process for showings and personally coordinate and handle all showings.

  • Qualify all interested buyers.

  • Monitor all competing listings and sales. 

  • Consistently keep you fully informed on showings, inquiries, market conditions, advertising and overall activity.

 

Stage 3: Offer Management Transaction

  • ​During offer negotiations, I will use my extensive experience and expertise to ensure that your home is acquired at the best attainable price and terms.

  • Review all purchase offers as they are presented, and will negotiate on your behalf to reach a purchase agreement with terms that are favourable and protective for you.

  • Meticulously follow up on conditional dates and closing.

  • Coordinate buyer's inspections or viewings.

  • Manage post-transaction relationship.

  • Even after the property is sold, I will continue to stay closely engaged to monitor and inform you of the progress of the transaction, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions.

  • Contact you after the closing to follow up on any remaining details or service needs.
