About
Before getting into the wonderful world of real estate, I spent 20+ years in the corporate world successfully holding senior executive sales and marketing roles with major companies and brands. I then made a decision to pursue a career I could truly be passionate about. (I just wish I made this decision earlier)! During these years I've personally bought and sold multiple houses and condominiums, so I know first-hand what it's like to be on your side of the transaction.

I've lived, worked and 'played' in the GTA and surrounding areas for over 40 years. So, I'm very familiar with the various neighbourhoods and all that they offer. Paul holds business degrees from York University and Columbia Business School. As a passionate animal welfare advocate and volunteer, he proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Oakville Milton Humane Society. Paul and his wife, Joanie (along with their rescue cat and dog) reside in the Lorne Park area of Mississauga, ON.

Highly Trained Professional
Real estate is a heavily regulated profession in Ontario. So all salespersons and brokers must go through rigorous training and be registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario. RECO regulates the trade of real estate on behalf of the Ontario government. Requirements include the completion of an extensive course of study, ongoing training along with adhering to provincial laws, which include a Code of Ethics.

The Endless Paperwork
Whether you choose the paper or digital documents route, this is probably the least interesting, yet among the most important aspect of real estate transactions. As your agent, I will take responsibility for organizing all paperwork, ensuring accurate completion and keeping everything in order, shouldering this hefty burden for you as my client.

Negotiating The Deal
Throughout my professional career, I’ve had to negotiate many contracts, deals and transactions. (Quite frankly, I enjoy this part of the role). And that’s because I not only look out for my client’s best interest first and foremost, but I attempt to uncover solutions that allow for a deal to work for both parties.

I'll be able to provide detailed information about each property. You will also have a direct resource for preferred vendors and partners such as home inspectors, lawyers, investment bankers, mortgage professionals, designers, contractors, etc. All of this will allow you to make a more informed decision when it comes to buying, selling or investing in real estate.
