Before getting into the wonderful world of real estate, I spent 20+ years in the corporate world successfully holding senior executive sales and marketing roles with major companies and brands. I then made a decision to pursue a career I could truly be passionate about. (I just wish I made this decision earlier)! During these years I've personally bought and sold multiple houses and condominiums, so I know first-hand what it's like to be on your side of the transaction.
Being part of the Regan Real Estate Team is a true honour for me. Their culture in always putting clients first, unsurpassed knowledge of the market and industry reputation is second to none. I truly believe the combination of being a part of this team, along with my many years of experience in marketing, sales, finance, customer service and negotiation will significantly contribute to my ability to successfully assist my clients.
I've lived, worked and 'played' in the GTA and surrounding areas for over 40 years. So, I'm very familiar with the various neighbourhoods and all that they offer. Whether it's helping to find a buyer for your current home, finding your new dream home or investing in real estate, it would be my pleasure to join you along the journey, providing you with the expertise, support and representation you will need.

How I Can Help
Highly Trained Professional
Real estate is a heavily regulated profession in Ontario. So all salespersons and brokers must go through rigorous training and be registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario. RECO regulates the trade of real estate on behalf of the Ontario government. Requirements include the completion of an extensive course of study, ongoing training along with adhering to provincial laws, which include a Code of Ethics.
The Endless Paperwork
Whether you choose the paper or digital documents route, this is probably the least interesting, yet among the most important aspect of real estate transactions. As your agent, I will take responsibility for organizing all paperwork, ensuring accurate completion and keeping everything in order, shouldering this hefty burden for you as my client.
Negotiating The Deal
Throughout my professional career, I’ve had to negotiate many contracts, deals and transactions. (Quite frankly, I enjoy this part of the role). And that’s because I not only look out for my client’s best interest first and foremost, but I attempt to uncover solutions that allow for a deal to work for both parties.
Putting You First
Aside from my genuine desire to do so, I am obligated to always put my clients’ needs first. This means protecting and promoting your best interest ahead of anyone else's. I will ensure you are consistently being provided the highest levels of conscientious and competent service.
Working with me will provide immediate access to all listings in your desired area. This includes exclusive/private listings and access to those that hit the market within minutes! I'll be able to provide detailed information about each property. You will also have a direct resource for preferred vendors and partners such as home inspectors, lawyers, investment bankers, mortgage professionals, designers, contractors, etc. All of this will allow you to make a more informed decision when it comes to buying, selling or investing in real estate.
Honesty, Integrity & Loyalty
Three words by which I run my business and live my life. Working for you will be no exception. So this translates to ensuring you have the comfort and confidence knowing I will always look out for your best interest. Together we will make the transaction successful, smooth … and less stressful.
