Finding your dream home is an exciting adventure that at times, can also feel all-consuming. On a good day, it’s fun to swipe through listings and check out every open house in your desired area. But after umpteen hours of it, seeing your ideal home sold, perhaps a lost bidding war or two—it can be stressful and disheartening. It can also feel like you’re spinning your wheels and wandering aimlessly from property to property and starting to think about compromising what you want. This is why it is so critical to have the right, experienced and dedicated partner like me, working for you throughout the buying process.

Here is just an overview of the steps I will take, to successfully find your new home.

Stage 1: Pre-Showing

To get us started we will meet where we can get acquainted, which will also allow me to do a discovery to understand all of your goals and preferences for the purchase of your new home.

Describe the buying process, along with understanding any of your specific requests and preferences.

Come prepared to clearly outline all costs you can expect and plan for, so there are no surprises.

Clearly identify and convey all the things you'll need to have in place, as we search for your new home.

Seek out all properties and inspect them in advance, verifying advertised features and details of each property.
Stage 2: Showing Properties

Schedule showings convenient to your schedule.

Obtain information about the neighbourhood, schools, transit, etc.

Provide you with an update on market conditions.

Follow up on properties that were of interest.
Stage 3: Managing The Transaction

​Provide information on comparable properties.

Draft, present and negotiate offers on your behalf.

Provide guidance and assistance in your due-diligence for the transaction.

Accompany you on pre-closing visits.

Even after the property is sold, I will continue to stay closely engaged to monitor and inform you of the progress of the transaction, including the satisfaction of all contingencies and conditions.
